xtorm infinity 27000 xb203 reviewb

Just like with most power banks to have made it here to date we tested the Infinity 27000mAh model for slightly over a month with a wide selection of smartphones, tablets, portable speakers, wireless headsets, music players and smart watches to try and pinpoint its available battery capacity as accurately as we possibly can. Needless to say that we never did hit the 26800mAh advertised by Xtorm (same as with the advertised capacities of every other power bank) but according to our tests the Infinity 27000mAh delivers anything between 19500mAh and 20500mAh so it's actually better than what we had hoped. The lack of support for fast charging technologies like Quick Charge is not something we were expecting from such a model (not when the Discover 17000mAh model did feature it - then again it never really did receive the amount of support Qualcomm was expecting from power bank manufacturers) but with three USB 5V/2.4-3A charging ports you should be able to charge most devices a lot faster compared to some lower output models. Adding a USB type-C port was expected so although it's not something unique it will certainly be reason enough for some people to choose the Infinity 27000mAh.

Due to its very high battery capacity, A-grade quality cells and several protections the Infinity 27000mAh power bank by Xtorm doesn’t come cheap and so it currently retails for 117Euros inside the EU (Amazon UK). That being said you should be able to find other power bank models with similar battery capacities for less but since we’ve never had a product by Xtorm to let us down or even fail after many years of use it may be hard to find something equally as good. Overall we have no complaints from the Infinity 27000mAh and since it delivers on everything it should we’re giving it our Golden Award.
