Just like with everything else in the electronics market thanks to various technological advances input devices like keyboards and mice have also evolved quite a lot over the years. Yes, they may not have reached new heights as for example have CPU's, GPU's and even LCD screens but the introduction of optical/laser sensors, mechanical switches, macro keys and RGB lighting over the years have significantly improved not only their performance and durability but also their looks. This has also allowed for a large number of manufacturers, both old and new, to flood the market with gaming keyboard and mice. AQIRYS is one of the latest players to enter the PC peripherals market and with me i have their latest wireless gaming mouse, the T.G.A.

AQIRYS is about IT products and hardware dedicated to gaming. Our solutions are developed and perfected by a passionate team with over 15 years of expertise in the IT & gaming industry, heavily focused on variety, quality, and affordability. We all are avid gamers, some of us even reaching pro levels. Top that with the excitement for PC modding and overclocking that was well established through our parent company about 13 years ago (the first company in our country to receive the NVIDIA SLI certification). The whole experience we amassed from gaming and crafting super high-end PC’s is now put to work in developing the AQIRYS products. Our final goal is to deliver these products in a cool, dynamic way to people who are keen or enthusiastic about PC gaming and modding, making them feel more satisfied than before. Welcome to AQIRYS! The galaxy of gaming tools that will lead you to victory!

As AQIRYS points out T.G.A stands for "The Great Annihilator" (which in turn takes its name from a micro quasar) and that's clearly not a bad name for a gaming mouse. Under the hood of the T.G.A we once again find the popular PAW3370 optical sensor by Pixart which features a resolution of 19.000DPI (dots per inch), 400IPS (inches per second) tracking speed, 50G acceleration, 1000Hz polling rate, 1-2mm lift-off-distance and a 0.5% error rate (no hardware acceleration). AQIRYS has also outfitted the T.G.A with replaceable/modular top parts (black, blue and white are included in the box), adjustable click feedback for the primary keys (via 16 bundled spacers) splash-proof PCB coating, Kailh switches for the two primary buttons (up to 80 million clicks), single addressable RGB LED zone with 6 effects, 2.4GHz wireless technology (USB dongle included), 6 programmable buttons, 580mAh rechargeable battery (up to 50 hours of use) and a 1.8 meter long braided cable. Well, this is the very first gaming mouse I’ve received by AQIRYS so let's see what it has to offer.
