PROSCENIC HOME APP

Even though you can control most functions of the M6 Pro via the bundled remote you should download the Proscenic Home App (Android/iOS).

After you create a new account you will need to choose the M6 Pro from the list of products by Proscenic.

The setup procedure is very easy, all you need to do is follow the instructions of the app so the robot can bind with your local WiFi network.

I wanted to check for possible firmware updates so the first thing i did was to enter the settings tab and as you can see from here you can change the name of the vacuum, set the GMT, enable quite mode (you can schedule that), adjust the volume of the onboard speaker, save the map onto the vacuums onboard memory, enable breakpoint functionality (if a certain cleaning task is not complete and the battery gets low the vacuum goes back, recharges and continues the task), reset the map, commence zero calibration (calibrates the positioning sensors), check the state of the vacuums replaceable parts and check for firmware updates.

Checking the status of the consumables is important since they last roughly 200 hours before they need cleaning and/or replacing.

The above screenshot is with one of the last passes with the M6 Pro so you can see the entire ground floor/level of my house mapped (among other things you can also start/pause the cleaning procedure and change the suction power - eco/normal/turbo - and water volume - low/medium/high -  from the shortcuts on the base of the screen).
