The docking station has a Mini DisplayPort for HD video of up to 4,096-by-2,304 resolution, a Gigabit Ethernet port for up to 1 Gbps for wired network speeds, and five USB ports, including three high-speed USB 3.0 ports.

It will be available at retail outlets and through authorized resellers in all 28 markets where Surface Pro 3 is sold: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Kingdom and the United States.
