Sony has today upgraded its range of BRAVIA Professional Displays with three new 4K models with HTML5 capability that are ideal for corporate environments, meeting rooms, retail and medical applications. With 4K next-generation picture quality, the new models offer the incredible depth and fidelity of 4K resolution in 55”, 65” and 85” screen sizes.

The new models include:
• FWD-55X8600P (55”4K)
• FWD-65X8600P (65” 4K)
• FWD-85X9600P  (85” 4K)

The FWD-55X8600P, FWD-65X8600P and FWD-85X9600P offer all the technological performance and style associated with Sony, including the ability to transform any full HD content into 4K content resulting in the best picture quality in every situation. The 4K LCD panel produces four times the pixels of Full HD for outstanding clarity, while the ultra-slim design enhances any corporate or retail environment.

Standard mountings for installation plus straightforward operation and controls mean that the new models are easily integrated. Hotel Mode allows users to customise and store preferred settings and copy them from display to display via USB memory.

Compatible with 4K 60p content, each display offers screen in native 4K and includes USB playback (including 4K video files), IP control, RS232C control (with optional accessory CBX-H11/1) and web-friendly HTML5 for easy digital signage creation.

The X9 BRAVIA professional displays (FWD-55X8600P, FWD-65X8600P and FWD-85X9600P) will be available from July 2014.
