Some German media have reported that our German subsidiary, EIZO GmbH, obstructs the business activities of S-Cape GmbH in an unfair and unlawful manner. These allegations are untrue. 

While S-CAPE GmbH has obtained an interim injunction against EIZO GmbH without EIZO being heard before the court, EIZO is confident that the decision will be reversed once the court has studied EIZO’s arguments.
