Matrox® Graphics Inc. today announces that Shuttle Computer Handels GmbH, the European subsidiary of one of the world’s foremost designers of small form factor computers, now offers two turnkey video wall solutions incorporating Matrox C-Series™ or M-Series™ multi-display graphics cards in a compact and expandable Shuttle Mini PC. These new systems provide crisp, detailed control room displays as well as brilliant digital signage and video walls.

Up to six 4K displays or projectors can be driven from a single high-performance, space-saving system

"Customers will be delighted to deploy these powerful, reliable solutions that can range from enterprise-wide dual-monitor workstations to visualization platforms across 6 displays—all from a cost-effective system with a footprint not much larger than an A4 sheet of paper," said Tom Seiffert, Head of Marketing & PR Europe, Shuttle Inc.

Available in configurations designed for up to six displays or projectors depending on the Matrox graphics card chosen, Shuttle’s Mini PC models SH97XAS (without OS) or R6 9700S (with Windows® 10) feature a compact aluminum chassis, highly efficient cooling system, the latest generation Intel® Core processors, up to 32GB of DDR3 memory and space for three hard drives. Both models are based on the same Shuttle XPC Barebone SH97R6, available with Matrox C420 pre-selected, and provide maximum power and performance for a multitude of applications.

Matrox multi-display graphics cards provide dual-, triple-, quad- and 6-display configurations up to 4K and feature up to 2GB of on-board memory plus secure mini DisplayPort connectivity. Cards with passive cooling ensure increased reliability and silent operation. The cards come bundled with Matrox PowerDesk™ for Windows desktop management software for easy configuration and control of multi-display setups including stretched or independent desktops, clone mode, pivot, bezel management and edge overlap.

“Shuttle’s expertise in providing turnkey digital signage and video wall systems built on versatile Matrox multi-display graphics cards gives customers the perfect solution for a variety of venues,” said Caroline Injoyan, business development manager, Matrox Graphics Inc. “Digital menu boards and point-of-sale advertising for use in restaurants, retail and banking, plus public information displays for use in transportation are just a few of the many applications for these new systems.”
