Sharp will showcase its comprehensive portfolio of energy solutions at Ecobuild 2015 (3 – 5 March, ExCel Centre), stand S6150, including two new PV modules, a complete energy and battery management system for homeowners and a refreshed line-up of LED luminaires.

PV modules

Sharp is expanding its line-up with two new premium PV modules, a highly efficient polycrystalline module and an elegant black/black module. Both modules are designed for use within battery solutions for the residential market. The modules add to Sharp’s bestselling 250W polycrystalline module and complete the range with higher wattages.

Battery solutions

Sharp recently announced that is has partnered with Samsung SDI to offer a complete energy and battery management system to homeowners in the UK. The Samsung SDI all-in-one solution will be demonstrated on stand; it contains all devices required to operate a solar system, including inverter and management systems. The VDE tested system (3.6 kWh) has a 10 year performance guarantee and a 5 year product guarantee. For retrofitting, Sharp offers an additional battery solution from BMZ, which can be integrated in existing surroundings.

LED luminaires

Sharp will also show its completely refreshed LED luminaire portfolio. Sharp’s LED downlights, panels, high bay / low bay luminaires and moisture-proof luminaires are designed for quick installation and its new downlight portfolio can be used for all sizes of ceiling cut-outs. Sharp’s panel portfolio has been expanded with a 600 x 600mm module, for the UK market.
