Engineers at Toyota and HARMAN have worked hard to design a system that harmonizes perfectly with the Toyota Touch 2 platform. As well as stress-free navigation with clear, visual signposting of junctions on the display, drivers can obtain real-time traffic updates, alerting them to congestion ahead.

The intuitive detour function estimates the delay and suggests an alternative route to keep the journey on schedule and avoid the stress of queues. And when traffic is moving freely, the Touch 2 with Go helps ensure a safe journey with speed limit displays and optional speed warning settings. Fixed and even mobile safety camera warnings (in countries where this feature is legal) help drivers anticipate and adjust their speed accordingly. If drivers need help in an emergency, they can call for assistance at the touch of a key, and communicate their exact location – as displayed on the screen – directly to emergency or breakdown services. In addition, drivers can enjoy right from their device functionalities like Panoramio, Google Street View, Google Local Search, Aupeo, Coyote, and other services that can be installed easily through the my.toyota.eu customer portal.
