Acer will exhibit a full range of  its commercial products at the 2014 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference  (WPC), booth #501, from July 13-17 in Washington, D.C. Under the theme, “Designed  for Every Move of Your Success”, this year Acer is showcasing products that  meet the needs of commercial,  education and institutional customers in a number of areas including mobile  productivity, stationary solutions and versatility at work. 

  Mobile Productivity

  To meet customers’ needs for  productivity on the go, Acer offers a full range of notebooks including the  TravelMate P645, TravelMate B115, Aspire V 11, Aspire E 11 and Aspire S7-392.  The 2014 Red Dot Award and  iF Product Design Award-winning Acer TravelMate P645 notebook with its  matte black exterior conveys business elegance and robustness through the use  of carbon fiber and magnesium aluminum alloy materials. The 14-inch notebook  also offers exceptional web communications capabilities, optimized by Microsoft Lync
communications solutions.  An integrated biometric fingerprint reader paired with a Trusted Platform  Module 1.2 reader secures this system from unauthorized access. The Acer TravelMate P645’s light  weight and long battery life give users peace-of-mind on the go,
while its Near  Field Communication (NFC) capabilities and Contact Pickup app help users expand their business  network by easily sharing their contact information with just a tap.

  Also  on display will be the 11.6-inch TravelMate B115 and Aspire V 11 notebooks that  offer a fan-less design for whisper-quiet computing and 7-hour(1) battery  life for full workday usability. Additionally, both include intuitive Windows  touch-control(2) conveniences using an HD multi-touch display, large  Precision Touchpad, and Windows 8.1. Acer also offers the Aspire E 11 notebook  for those not requiring a multi-touch display. The Aspire V 11 and E 11 come in  a number of delightful colors(3) and all three models feature Acer’s  new and unique FlowCurve design, making them stylish options that stand out in  a crowd of traditional looking notebooks. 

  Acer’s  highly acclaimed 13.3-inch Aspire S7-392 notebook is also on show at WPC, a beautifully  slim device that features a sleek Gorilla Glass 2 cover, Acer’s patented  dual-torque and T-shape hinge frame design for stable touch control, 8-hour battery life(1) for all-day use and InstantGo(4)  for a responsive and ready-to-go Windows experience.

  Stationary  Solutions

  For those looking for reliable stationary solutions for the office, Acer is showcasing its  Veriton Z  all-in-one (AiO) desktop PCs and Veriton N desktop  PCs. 

  Veriton Z AiOs, which come equipped with either a 23-inch Full HD IPS, or 19.5-inch  HD+ touch screen and a  reversible HD webcam, are ideal for both businesses and institutional customers. Adjustable and  modular, the compact AiOs deliver comfortable ergonomics in a low-maintenance  platform. Veriton Z AiOs are ideal for professionals wanting to save space, maximize  Windows 8’s touch capabilities or who want an attractive and user-friendly  computing solution for executive offices, libraries, kiosks, reception areas and more. Available in a  modular, screw-less chassis to simplify upgrades, they suit a wide range of  commercial environments.

  Acer also offers  Veriton N desktop PCs with a compact 1-liter form factor. Packing powerful components into a compact  diamond-shaped chassis that can stand alone or be snapped onto the back of Acer  monitors, Veriton N desktop PCs provide remarkable performance, while preserving precious space.

  Versatility at Work

  Visitors to WPC can also see  Acer devices that offer great flexibility at work including the 10.1-inch  Aspire Switch 10 two-in-one notebook and the 8-inch Iconia W4 tablet.

  The Acer Aspire Switch 10  is a notebook  and tablet combined in one flexible device with four modes: notebook, pad,  display and tent. The smart device features a magnetic detachable Acer Snap  Hinge™ design for easy transition between modes, latch-free keyboard  docking and optional additional storage capability. The Acer Aspire Switch 10  is the ideal companion that helps users stay connected and  productivewherever they go. The  Acer Aspire Switch 10 with up to 64GB of storage and 2GB of RAM is powered by  an Intel® Atom™ quad-core processor for fast performance and  multitasking in all modes.

  The  Acer Iconia W4 tablet features IPS and Zero Air Gap technologies providing a  sharp display with enhanced clarity and brightness. In addition, the Iconia W4  is also equipped with a 4th Generation Intel® Atom™  quad-core processor, offering faster tablet performance as well as up to 10  hours of battery life for web browsing and up to 8 hours of video playback(1).  Compact enough to hold in one hand yet spacious enough for comfortable viewing,  the Iconia W4 brings mobile productivity and media consumption to the next  level.

  Also  at WPC will be Acer’s B6 series monitors, including the new Acer B326HK monitor,  the world’s first 32-inch Ultra HD (4K2K) monitor. Acer B6 series monitors  combine professional style with an ergonomic design to suit all environments  and viewing demands, and range from Full HD and WQHD up to Ultra HD (4K2K)  resolution. Also on display will be the compact  and versatile Acer C205 LED projector, a pocket-sized projector with a built-in  battery  for business meetings  and personal viewing anywhere.

  The  Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference is an annual, global convergence of  Microsoft’s top partners where they come together to network, drive business  growth and identify new profitability opportunities. This year’s conference is  expected to see over 16,000
